As we operate in the realm of custom sportswear, it’s important to acknowledge that these customized designs may not be suitable for other customers and clients. We understand the need for flexibility and have established the following cancellation and refund policy to accommodate your requests:
Order Process
Your order with ActivPulse Sports Private Limited undergoes a carefully managed production process to ensure top-notch quality. Our custom-made products go through several stages, starting from the next working day after your order is placed.
Full Refund
To be eligible for a full refund, you must initiate a cancellation request for your order or item(s) of the order within 24 hours or by the next working day. We understand that circumstances may change, and we are here to accommodate your needs within this timeframe.
Partial Refund
We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to cancel your order after the initial 24-hour window has passed. In such cases, a partial refund will be offered, taking into account the stage of manufacturing your products have reached. Please be aware that a cancellation fee will be applied to cover the production costs incurred up to that point.

The percentage of the cancellation fee will be determined by the order (or product) process stage:
Stage 1: Design = 20%
Stage 2: Fusing = 40%
Stage 3: Bundling & QC = 50%
Stage 4: Stitching & QC = 80%
Stage 5: Package & Dispatch = 90%

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@activpulse.in and send your item to: {physical address}.
