A token advance payment of 500 Rupees is required to kickstart the design process. Our dedicated design team will then work on creating a mockup or sample based on your specifications. Please note that the minimum order quantity for custom sportswear is 12 pieces. Once the design is approved and you’re ready to proceed, the advance payment will be offset against the total cost upon order placement for the full quantity.

Our standard turnaround time for custom orders is 3 working weeks from the date of order confirmation. Please note that production times may vary based on the complexity of customization and order volume. We strive to ensure timely delivery and will provide you with estimated shipping dates upon order placement.

Yes, we offer the option to request a sample or prototype for large or custom orders. Contact our sales team to discuss the specifics of your request. Additional charges and production time may apply for sample orders, but we believe it’s crucial to ensure your satisfaction before proceeding with a larger order.
