Customizing and Personalizing Products

When using our design tools, uploading images, or adding text to customize products, you must ensure you have the legal rights to use logos, trademarks, text, messages, artworks, or images. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark rights. Activpulse Private Limited reserves the right to refuse orders containing unauthorized or illegal content.

You agree to indemnify and hold Activpulse Private Limited harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from any violation of intellectual property rights due to your customized designs. The company does not verify or endorse content used in customized designs and is not liable for intellectual property rights violations resulting from their use. By submitting your customized design for production, you grant Activpulse Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the design for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

Terms of Sale

All product sales on the Site are subject to the terms of sale posted on the Site. You should review our contact page for information on product warranties, our return policy, and shipping terms. By placing an order and/or accepting product delivery, you agree to abide by these terms of sale.
